My dream of staying in a beautiful old chateau like Chateau de la Caze became a reality here. The 15th-century chateau is authentically restored and surrounded by stunning cliffs and forests. The room had lots of character with stone walls and exposed beams, and the bed was very comfortable. The outdoor swimming pool and gardens were lovely, and there was even a gym in a cave! The gastronomic restaurant was pricy, but the quality of the food and wine made it worth every penny. Highly recommended for a unique and luxurious stay in the Gorges du Tarn.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was absolutely magical. The location is out of this world, with a flowing river at the side of the land and many little paths to walk alongside it. The deep gorge with cliffs hundreds of feet high and eagles soaring overhead creates a peaceful and beautiful atmosphere that is truly something unique. The hotel itself was magnificent, with top-notch amenities and services. The staff were professional and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities. The dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant offering delicious meals and a bar/lounge area for relaxing with a drink. The leisure facilities, including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and spa center, added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.
